iBall has introduced a new Android tablet in the Indian market with the name Slide 3G 7271 HD7, really? Smartphone and tablet makers need to simplify their naming structure. With every passing day, we are getting weird and complicated names.

Coming back to the topic, iBall’s new tablet has been priced at INR 8,399 and will be available in the coming days. It features a 7-inch 1024x600p display (it is not even HD then why is there HD in the name? way to fool the non-techy consumers), 1.3GHz dual-core processor, Android 4.2, 3G and 3000 mAH battery.

It also packs the usual connectivity options, 2MP rear camera, VGA front camera, dual-SIM support, 4GB of internal storage, 512MB of RAM and microSD card slot.

“We have always believed in catering to the needs our users and based on the feedback and changing needs we have pleasure in presenting this upgraded version to our presently very popular 3G7271 Tablet. It comes with almost 8 new differentiators to thrill the users in this segment,” said Sandeep Parasrampuria of iBall.

iBall Slide 3G 7271 HD7 is an upgraded version of the company’s previously launched 3G 7271 tablet, which packs even inferior specifications.
