Google invites Play Music All Access subscribers to buy Glass

Advertisements

Just weeks after adding support for Google Play Music and All Access to Glass, Google has decided to give All Access subscribers an opportunity to grab Google Glass before public release. The search giant is sending Glass explorer edition invites to the All Access subscribers now.

“With the launch of Google Play Music on Google Glass, we’ve secured VIP invitations for All Access customers to join the Glass Explorer Program,” Google wrote in an email to All Access users.

The cost of Glass still remains hefty $1500 but if you were thinking of getting one before the public and were looking for invites, as a Google Play Music: All Access subscriber, you are in luck.

With the latest expansion of Glass availability, Google surely seems to be ramping up the production of Glass hardware. There is still no word on the mass market availability but we hope to hear something in the upcoming trade events.
