A Samsung smartphone with model number SM-G900S has appeared on GFXBench website, in turn revealing some key details about the device. Although it isn’t confirmed but the SM-G900S seems be the Galaxy S5 smartphone.

As per the GFXBench database, Samsung SM-G900S will come with 2560x1400p QHD display, 2.5GHz Qualcomm MSM8974 (MSM8974AC more likely) quad-core processor, Android 4.4 and Adreno 330 GPU.

The product name mentioned in the listing indicates that it is the SK Telecom LTE variant of Galaxy S5, which also explains the presence of Snapdragon 800 as non-LTE version will most probably include Exynos processor.

In related news, we have already reported the Taiwanese component supplier Catcher will start supplying Samsung with metal chassis for Galaxy S5 this month.

Seems like, we are just months away from a metal Galaxy S5, which will have some really impressive set of specs like a 2K (QHD) display Snapdragon 800 processor, KitKat and most probably 3GB of RAM, 16/ 20MP rear camera.
