675MB in size, this update brings a host of changes to HTC One and is quite different in comparison to the Android 4.3 version released in US and Taiwan markets.
This update will be first released to unlocked HTC One units in European and Asian countries, where no Android 4.3 update has been rolled-out until now. Thereafter, HTC will be bringing Sense 5.5 UI update separately to the countries, which have already got Android 4.3 with Sense 5.0.
The new update is available over-the-air and comes with the following changes.

Update: HTC UK has confirmed that the Android 4.3 update for HTC One with Sense 5.5 UI has started rolling out in EMEA region (Europe, the Middle East and Africa) and it will continue over the next month.
We can confirm #JellyBean 4.3 & Sense 5.5 for the #HTCOne has started to roll out across the EMEA region and will continue through November.
