As per the TENAA listing, SM-W2014 will pack Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor (the best in the market right now), 2GB of RAM, 13MP rear camera, Android 4.3 and 2MP front camera. The phone also comes with 3.67-inch WVGA Super AMOLED display and Wi-Fi connectivity. The WVGA resolution might seem a little low but it is a respectable 254 PPI.
There is no word on the release but it should be hitting Chinese market in the near future and will most probably be a China-only smartphone.

Umm … 2005 called. They want their phone back LMFAO! 😀
Chills you can’t deny them specs!!
No you can’t, but then again, if specs alone made phones, we’d all be buying the Xiaomi Mi3 LOL! 😀
