Google has finally started the mass roll-out of the updated Play Store client to Android devices across the world. The updated version number is 4.3.10 and it brings a host of improvements.

The update was originally spotted a few days away but the actual mass release has begun today itself. Talking about the major changes, the updated Google Play Store now shows a ‘Recently Updated’ section in My Apps tab of the client.

In addition, multiple updated apps are no longer shown as separate notifications in the notification shade and they are clubbed together to make the notification area uncluttered.

Some of the minor improvements include swapping of rent and purchase buttons in Google Play Movies and some UI tweaks in Play Books.

As the Google Play Store update is automatic, you will not even notice and the Play Client on your Android device will be updated to version 4.3.10. You can check out the version details in Play Store << Settings << Build version.
