Some clear live shots of Sony’s upcoming flagship smartphone Honami aka i1 have made an appearance online. Posted by Gadget Helpline, these images look similar to what we have seen in the previous leaks.

Expected to be officially announced in September, Sony Honami is going to be Sony’s hero device for the second half of 2013. The company seems to be keeping the same design elements, which we have seen in the many smartphone models released by the company this year.

“The phone looks to be very slim and sports the same squared edges and corners, plus pop-up flaps to cover all card ports and sockets – minus the headphone jack, which is exposed,” Gadget Helpline writes.

As per rumours, Honami is expected to come with Snapdragon 800 processor, 2GB of RAM, 3000mAh battery, 5-inch 1080p Triluminos display, Android 4.2 and 20MP rear camera. Although, we can see the rear camera in one of the leaked images, there is no confirmation on whether it is indeed 20MP or not.
