Toshiba’s Tegra 3-powered Excite Pure tablet now on sale in Europe

Toshiba has silently released its newly announced Tegra 3-powered Android tablet Excite Pure in Europe. The tablet can now be grabbed from Amazon Germany, UK or France. This new Excite Android tablet was announced last month alongside Toshiba’s Tegra 4 tablets – Excite Pro and Write.

Toshiba Excite Pure comes with 10.1-inch AutoBrite display with 1280x800p resolution, Tegra 3 quad-core processor, 1GB RAM, 16GB internal storage, 3MP rear camera, stereo speakers with DTS Premium Voice Pro, and a bunch of ports.

Toshiba has also pre-loaded quite a few applications on the device like Toshiba Book Place, Toshiba App Place, File Manager, Thinkfree Office, and Zinio.

It has been priced at €299 in Germany, €349 in France, and £307.55 in the UK. The price seems to be a little more than US, where the tablet has been retailing for around $250 for some time.
