If you really were waiting for a confirmation on the existence of Huawei’s rumoured Ascend P6 smartphone, it has now officially been revealed by the company. Huawei teased the phone on its official Facebook Page yesterday and also stated that it will be announced on June 18.
We have already seen many leaked images as well as press renders of the Ascend P6, but the teaser image shared by the company gives us a closer look at this phone’s design, which indeed looks premium.
Huawei is also calling the phone as the thinnest, smallest, & one of the most compact smartphones. It would be interesting to see for how long the company is able to see keep the thinnest title, as we are already seeing leaked images of some other phones with even thinner chassis.
It is the compact part, which is more interesting; by increasing the screen to body ratio Huawei should be to present a quite handy smartphone, which is also more pocket-able than other smartphone and does not sacrifice on the screen real-estate.
As per previous rumoures, Ascend P6 will come with 4.7-inch HD display, quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM and Android 4.2 with Emotion UI.
