It is initially going to be available in the United States at a price-tag of $649. Google is yet to reveal plans for other countries.
Stock Android is good, what is better – direct Android updates from Google with new platform releases. So, the next time, Google announces a new Android version, it will be available on Galaxy S4 Nexus Edition as an OTA update soon after Nexus devices.

The version of Galaxy S4 Nexus Edition going on sale US is both factory and bootloader unlocked and supports LTE on AT&T and T-Mobile networks.
Other specifications of the phone remain same as Touchwiz version, which packs 5-inch 1080 Super AMOLED display, Snapdragon 600 quad-core processor, 16GB of internal storage, 2GB of RAM, 13MP rear camera, 2MP front camera and microSD card slot.
