‘Blue Arctic’ Samsung Galaxy S4 spotted in Japan

Advertisements

A new Samsung Galaxy S4 colour variant “Blue Arctic” has been spotted on its way to Japanese telecom operator NTT Docomo. Looking similar to Galaxy S III’s Pebble Blue colour, the new Blue Arctic coloured Galaxy S4 is heading to Japan soon.

Currently, Samsung offers only two versions of Galaxy S4 – Black Mist and White Frost, which is usual for the Korean manufacturer as it does not want to get extra pressure in producing too many colour variants for the flagship in the initial days of release.

NTT Docomo is hosting a press event on May 15 and the new colour variant is likely to be unveiled there. Samsung will most probably release Blue Arctic in other regions too in the coming weeks along with possibly more colour options as it did with Galaxy S III or Note II.

Samsung Galaxy S4 Active confirmed via Bluetooth SIG

In related news, the rumoured rugged version of Galaxy S4 – Galaxy S4 Active GT-I9295 was spotted in a product listing on Bluetooth SIG website recently, in turn confirming the existence of the device.
Samsung Galaxy S4 Active is reportedly dust and water proof and set to be announced later this month with availability in July.
