Micromax to launch A110Q Canvas smartphone: Report

Advertisements

Micromax is reportedly planning to launch another Canvas series smartphone in the country soon. Dubbed as Micromax A11Q, the phone will be powered by MediaTek MT6589 quad-core A7 processor.

As per a report on DroidExtra, the phone will also come with Android 4.2.1 Jelly Bean and FWVGA display. There is no word on other features of the phone, however given every other Canvas phone has got a 5-inch display, chances are A110Q will also have one.

There is no word on the pricing or the exact availability details.

It is interesting to note that Micromax is bringing so many Canvas series smartphones so fast. The company very recently launched Micromax A115 Canvas 3D and now these rumours. It makes sense for the company to launch more phones in the Canvas series given its success, but without much differentiation, these devices might not be as successful as Micromax is hoping for them to be.

We already have rumoured Micromax A111 in waiting, which is yet to be released and the new A110Q is already being talked about.

Well, its not difficult to buy the Chinese crap and re brand.

I guess ‘Q’ might stand for QWERTY.. A110Q might come with hardware keypad.. That’d be interesting..
