The teaser is just a supercut of Plants vs Zombies fans and internet celebrities asking when the Plants vs Zombies sequel is coming. The video ends with the July 2013 time schedule as well as the new logo.
To remind you, the Plants vs Zombies was originally released in May 2009 on PC and OS X, and was later ported to almost every possible platform including Android. There is no word on what was reason behind the delay in the launch of the successor, which is taking over 4 years to release. It might have something to do with Electronic Arts’ acquisition of PopCap Games in 2011, as the game developer has been trying to integrate itself with the new parent firm and restructure everything.
