According to Tablet.bg, Acer Iconia A1-810 will be priced around 169 euros (INR 11,882), when it get released in June-end. This pricing is lesser than the 199 euros price-tag that was last heard from a French retailer and more than a rumour that originated from Digitimes.
Tablet.bg preview also confirms some of the already known specifications of the tablet including the 7.9-inch IPS display with 1024 x 768p resolution, and 1.2GHz quad-core MediaTek MT8125 processor. Acer, which has seen some success with its 7-inch Iconia B1 tablet, now plans only to release budget Android tablets. As affordable Android tablets seem to get some traction among consumers, while high-end segment hasn’t been really able to compete with Apple iPad.
