Lava Etab XTRON: According to Lava, it has been a huge success for the company, although it has not revealed any numbers.

Lava has announced that it will be launching an Android 4.2-powered tablet in the first week of May. The tablet will carry a price-tag under INR 10,000, when it goes on sale next week. The company claims that it is the first tablet to come with Android 4.2 on-board; however it forgot that we already have Nexus 7 in India, which comes with Android 4.2 pre-loaded.

The company has also revealed some specifications of this upcoming tablet, which will include 1.5GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage with microSD card slot.

The tablet will also come with 2-megapixel rear shooter and VGA front-facing camera. Other features of the tablet include Wi-Fi connectivity, HDMI out and 3,700 mAh battery.

There is no word on the 3G support, but we can anticipate the presence of optional data connectivity via 3G data dongles.

Nexus 7 32GB goes out of stock on Google Play

In other news, the recently released Nexus 7 32GB Wi-Fi only version has gone out of stock on Google Play. The tablet had just become available on the store, and it took less than a day to disappear. We hope that Google gets more stocks soon, as the 32GB variant seems to be a popular choice among consumers. Folks at Indiatimes were first to spot this yesterday.

The 16GB version still remains in stock and can be purchased in Google Play.
