HTC has released kernel sources for international version of HTC One, HTC One developer edition and Canadian telco variants (Rogers, Bell and Telus). The sources for HTC One kernel version 3.4.10 can be downloaded from HTCDev.com.

Samsung has also released kernel sources for Exynos powered I9500 international version, Snapdragon-powered I9505 international version and Virgin Mobile Canada headed I335. These can be downloaded from Samsung’s open source website.

There are still many variants of both the phone remaining, which we should start seeing in the coming days as they start selling around the world.
