Samsung India today took the wraps of Galaxy Note 510 also known as Note 8.0. Although company did announce this tablet for the country, it did not reveal any pricing or availability information.

Apart from the new name, Samsung Galaxy Note 510 is exactly the same as Note 8.0, which was introduced by Samsung just days ago at Mobile World Congress 2013.

To remind you, Samsung Galaxy Note 510 features an 8-inch 1280x800p display, 1.6GHz A9 quad-core processor, 2GB RAM, and Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean. The tablet also comes with the support for company’s S-Pen digitizer, which comes bundled with the device.

The tablet also packs a 5MP rear camera, 1.3MP front camera, 16/32GB of internal storage, and 4600 mAh battery. As far the international announcement goes, company had stated that it will available beginning Q2, so we are expecting the India availability around April-end.

Similar to other Samsung Android devices, Galaxy Note 8.0 aka 510 comes packed with pre-loaded content and apps like the upgraded Chat-On messenger, Awesome Note (exclusive to Note 8.0 for the time-being), Flipboard and Smart Remote (uses the in-built IR blaster).
