Alcatel OT 5020E packs 4-inch capacitive display with WVGA resolution, dual-SIM connectivity and 1GHz dual-core processor. The smartphone also comes with 512MB RAM, 1500 mAh battery, 5MP rear camera, front camera and 1.4GGB of usable internal storage.
Company has also included Wi-Fi direct, Bluetooth, GPS, SRS Surround Sound, and 3G on the phone. On paper, the smartphone certainly seems decent and for anyone looking to grab a good Android phone under INR 8,000, Alcatel OT 5020E is worth considering.
Alcatel used to sell several other Android smartphones in the country, but for the last one year, company has been absent from the Indian market.

Lower end runs jelly bean and higher end runs ics. Should it not be the other way?
same here can’t understand what this company is trying to do…. jelly bean powered smartphones are better than any other android versions by any mean….
Gaurav, please check your information – the two mobiles reportedly running on Android 4.0 are actually running on Android 2.3 – Flipkart delisted one Alcatel phone and the other listing has also been rectified.
Thanks, Vick
