Marc Baumann, who is a Googler confirmed this on Google+:
#nexus4 is going to be back in stock later today for Play Stores in US, Canada and Germany.
Google had earlier today replaced the sold out/out of stock messages from Nexus 4 listings with temporarily out of stock, making many speculate about the incoming inventory and looks like they were right.
As the business hours start in other countries, we can expect reports of Nexus 4 stocks in other Google Play stores as well.
To remind you, Nexus 4 was originally released in select countries via Google Play on November 13 and it went out of stock within hours. The second stock arrived in early December, which were also finished within day and if our counting is right, this is the third stock of Nexus 4 for almost every Google Play country store.
Nexus 4 has been an instant hit, thanks to the price-tag, which starts at $299 in the US. The phone packs a quad-core processor, 4.7-inch 1280x768p display, 2GB RAM, 8MP rear camera, Android 4.2 and the usual connectivity options.
We are actively tracking the story and will update as soon as we hear something.
Update: Nexus 4 bumper is also available in Google Play US store.
