My samsung galaxy grand dont have any pre installed such apps :my movies, my readers…..
Can you pls let me know how i’ll get access of these libraries

You have to open the MyServices app.
In that you will have to click on the app of your choice (For e.g. MyMovies or MyMusic).
The installation screen will appear.
Install the app.
Now, simply goto MyServices and select the app that you just installed (For e.g. myMovies).
Browse through the categories and enjoy! 🙂

I was able to download just one song on my galaxy grand.
Since then I just get this error whenever I try to access the myservices app.
Rhere was some problem with connection. Please try again later.

Myservices doesn’t work at all. Worked only for half an hour during which i installed the movies and music app. But since then has again started giving the’ CONNECTION ERROR’. Does not open at all, while all other apps are connecting well over internet. I think that Samsung has fooled thousands of buyers of galaxy grand by offering cash back and free access to My Services, and then making sure that the app does not open on handsets for which it has given free access for a year.

When I try to download a song or so, coins are deducted from my Wallet but nothing is downloaded. I am also not able to rest my password, forgot my password link doesn’t work.
