Ainol unveils NOVO 9 tablet with quad-core CPU, 9.7-inch 2048x1536p display

Chinese manufacturer Ainol has announced a new tablet that provides some outstanding specs on-paper and is likely to be priced at a meagre USD 250.

According to report in Notebookitalia, Ainol’s NOVO 9 Firewire features a 9.7-inch display with 2048x1536p resolution, quad-core AllWinner A31 processor, 10,000 mAh battery, 2GB RAM and Android 4.1.1.

There is a 5MP rear camera on-board along with 0.3MP front camera and the usual connectivity options.  There is no word on the exact availability or whether the tablet will be released outside China.
