Not to Australia and Canada

Google TV team has announced on its official Google+ page that Google TV users in UK, Germany and France will be able to download Music and Movies from Google Play starting November 13.

Although small but these are some great additions and will allow Google TV buyers to stream their already purchased Google Play movies and music on Google TV devices now and even get more content right on their TV.

Content plays a vital role in the success of Google TV, thus Google seems to be rolling out more and more Google Play content to more countries slowly but steadily.

Google TV team also revealed that its previous statement about the Google TV music and movies arrival in Canada and Australia was not true, but it will reach there soon.

Here is the full statement from their Google+ page:

Starting November 13th, +Google Play music and movies will now be available on your #GoogleTV in the United Kingdom, Germany and France.

We’re sorry for an earlier post that said we’re launching in more countries on 11/13, but stay tuned as we’re bringing Google Play to more countries all the time.
