According to Pocket Droid, Jack Tong, General Manager, HTC North Asia announced that One X users within Asia will see the update begin to roll today, and that the One S will also receive Jelly Bean a tad later.
So, One S users also have a reason to rejoice.
Available over-the-air (OTA), the update is around 352.87MB in size and carries the version number 3.14.709.16. It brings Android 4.1.1 and HTC Sense 4+ to the One X.
Jelly Bean brings improved notifications, Google Now, improved Calendar and browser, more camera functionality, and several other features. On the other hand, HTC Sense 4+ will come with new Gallery app now acts as a hub for all photo related apps, video hub, HTC Get Started, and a new Tap and Go function, which allows you to connect the phone and your music to Beats speakers when you tap them.
