Originally announced in July this year, Huawei MediaPad 7 Lite features 1.2GHz processor, 3.2MP rear camera, 0.3MP front camera, 1GB RAM, and 8GB of internal storage. The tablet also comes with 3G connectivity, 7-inch display with 1024x600p resolution and 4100 mAh battery.
MediaPad Lite runs on Android 4.0 and allows the users to send SMS, MMS and make voice calls.
The tablet will compete with hoard of budget tablet available in the country right now, but better display resolution, in-built 3G connectivity and availability of rear camera (not that everyone clicks photos from a tablet) will go in favour of it.
There is no word on the Jelly Bean update for the tablet right now.
