Recent rumours regarding Android 4.2 are fake

The recent rumours regarding Android 4.2 are fake.  Android & Me, which was the source of current flood of rumours surrounding Android 4.2, has posted that the recent rumours posted by them were not correct.

A person named Peter (possibly not a real name) has also come forward on AndroidPolice stating that he was the one posing as Android & Me’s source and he has fooled them.

This comes after Googler Dan Morrill posted on this Google+, – “Reading rumor sites…. LOL.,” suggesting that there was no truth in them.

This whole episode shows that how Google has surprisingly been successful in keeping a lid on next Nexus smartphone and Android 4.2.

This does not mean that LG Nexus or multiple Nexus device rumours also fake.
