Micromax Funbook grows bigger, 10-inch version incoming

Micromax is planning to launch a ten-inch version of its Ice Cream Sandwich tablet Funbook in the country soon. Dubbed as Funbook Pro, company has updated its official website to reflect the same.

The new tablet will feature a 10.1-inch display, Android 4.0, and 1.2GHz processor. It will also come with 1GB of RAM and is likely to be priced around INR 10,000. Micromax is planning to launch the tablet in the next fortnight.

Company’s first tablet grabbed a lot of headlines but was a disappointment and did not offer much apart from giving the very basic tablet experience at a cheap price.

We hope company has learnt from past mistakes and the upcoming tablet offers better user experience.
