With the launch of HTC One X and V in India, it was apparent that sooner or later we were going to see the price-cuts and the first one is here. Online retailer Saholic has reduced the price of HTC Desire S in the country. Earlier available for INR 20,999, it is now selling for just 15,990.

At this price, Desire S is a very good deal. Set to get the Ice Cream Sandwich update in the coming months, it sports some decent mid-range specifications.

To remind you, HTC Desire S comes with Android 2.3, 3.7 inch display, 768MB RAM, 1.1GB of internal memory, 5MP rear camera, front camera, and 1GHz Qualcomm processor.
