Micromax announces A50 Superfone Ninja, takes on Siri with AISHA

It seems Google isn’t the only one trying to take on Siri with its upcoming Voice Actions successor, our home-grown Micromax has also launched its new smartphone that comes with a Siri-like Voice Assistant. Dubbed as Aisha – Artificial Intelligence Speech Handset Assistant, it will debut in company’s brand new A50 Superfone Ninja.

According to company press release, AISHA is an application that translates words into action. By simply speaking to the phone, the users can connect with the people, businesses and activities that are important to you. With AISHA if the users need to check the weather conditions they just need to say ‘What is the weather in Delhi’ and AISHA will respond saying “The weather will be sunny”.

Coming to the smartphone, Micromax A50 Superfone Ninja, it features Android 2.3.6 (Gingerbread), 650 MHz processor, 3.1 inch capacitive display, dual SIM support and 2MP rear camera. It will be sold for INR 4,999.
