According to a blog post by Samsung, Android 4.0 ICS software upgrade for GALAXY Note, GALAXY SII LTE, GALAXY Tab 8.9 and 10.1 will follow soon.

There is no change-log available right now, but the update should include Touchwiz UI, usual ICS goodness like UI changes, Face Unlock, performance improvements etc.
