Asus announces Transformer Pad 300 tablet; sports Tegra 3, ICS, 10.1 inch IPS

Asus has announced new affordable Transformer Pad 300 tablet today at Mobile World Congress. Made of plastic body, it is likely to be priced at USD399 for the W-Fi only version.

Asus Transformer Pad 300 features Android 4.0, NVIDIA Tegra 3 quad core processor, 10.1 inch 1280x800p IPS display, 1GB RAM, 16GB of internal memory, 8MP rear camera and LTE connectivity. It is just 9.9mm thick and weighs 635 grams.

It will be available in Q2 this year across the globe.
