Samsung Galaxy S2 Plus on the way?

Advertisements

Galaxy S III is out of question for a Mobile World Congress launch, but Samsung might be planning to showcase S2 Plus at the event. A benchmark listing of the alleged Samsung Galaxy S 2+ has appeared online.

Galaxy S II Plus in this listing is sporting a 1.5GHz dual core processor (maker unknown), along with Android 2.3.4 and an 800X480p display. As you would have noticed that processor bump is the only noticeable change and if this listing is true and taking in account other Plus models, rest of the specs are also expected to remain same apart from odd tweaks.

S2 Plus clearly seems like a poor attempt from the company to reap the profit of Galaxy S II popularity by the time it launches S III. No pre-loaded ICS is another big bummer.
