This survey further states that Google apps dominate in five out of seven app categories, while Facebook and Nimbuzz lead social networking and chat respectively.
If you break down the usage of Google apps, Android Market is the most used Google app in India across categories followed by Youtube and then Gmail. These result patterns were found across the age groups as well in terms of the share of time spent per day.
