Microsoft sues Motorola in UK

Microsoft has filed a lawsuit against Motorola Mobility in London High Court recently, reported Bloomberg. Court papers however did not include the exact nature of the Microsoft’s claim against Motorola.

It is expected to be a patents related case considering it came days after Microsoft won a ruling before the US ITC over claims Android-based smartphones infringe Microsoft’s patents.

Neither of the companies has so-far issued any statements on the UK lawsuit, but we hope to hear something soon.
