Yes, it is a HE. Imagine taking world’s all Android users and mashing them up into a single person. Folks at BlueStacks did the same and came with something like the following info-graphic – A nerdy kind of jeans/t-shirt wearing guy, who might have an unusually large head (1 in 5 chances :P).

Here are some more interesting facts from this info-graphic:
