@amjath Yes, it is safe.
@iliask There is currently no system to get the updates directly and Market will never recognise them as you have not purchased them via Android Market.
If you download from getjar, from where you will get the updates ? Market does not recognize the apps !
@Gaurav shukla – can we update the apps later on with the help of getjar instead of android market?
@kartik Once the new version is available on Getjar, you will have to download the new version and replace the old one on your phone, I am not sure if that will remove your app data or not.
