Android sitting at the top spot in US smartphone market

Android is comfortably sitting at the top of smartphone operating systems in the United States. According to June data released by Nielson, Android now claims 39 percent of the market; Apple’s iOS is in second place with 28 percent, while RIM Blackberry is down to 20 percent.
