Ultra-thin NEC Medias N-04C gets specs boost in N-06C

Remember world’s thinnest Android smartphone NEC Medias N-04C, it is getting a makeover and will be launched as N-06C. The new version will have a 1GHz processor in place of 800 MHz in N-04C and it will also be water resistant.

Akihabara News is reporting that N-06C will also run on Android 2.3 aka Gingerbread among other changes.  It will be launched this summer in Japan.
