Gameloft eyes Amazon App Store, TVs for growth

Gameloft is expecting growth from newly launched Amazon Appstore for Android, console free TV gaming.  According to the company, Amazon consumers are comfortable using their credit cards to pay for everything and will likely to help it boost it game sales.

“The Amazon ecosystem is controlled where we don’t find too many pirated version of our games or malware games, so for the consumers, it will be a safer place to come and get applications,” Gameloft Chief Executive Michel Guillemot said told Reuters.

On the other hand, company is also looking forward to growth in console free gaming on TV, and Google TV might one of areas to target.
