Lenovo LePad to start shipping this month

Lenovo CEO has stated that company will start the sales of Android powered LePad this month. The statement comes amid the rumors of a possible delay, reported Xinhua.

Lenovo LePad with Android was announced at Consumer Electronics Show with an option to buy it as a part of Ideapad U1 Hybrid notebook.

The LePad features a 10.1-inch touch screen, Android 2.2 operating system, and the 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor. The tablet is expected to be priced within the range of USD 399 to 449.
