Sony Ericsson to partner Chinese game devs for Xperia Play

Sony Xperia Play is gearing up to take a giant leap towards China. In a recent interview to Dow Jones, Sony Ericsson chief informed that the company is mulling to partner with Chinese game developers to place country-specific games in the device.

The entire preparation of expanding the game arena is likely to take about three months, before the device is finally launched in the country.

The device is expected to reach stores in early April at Verizon Wireless in the U.S., and then in Western Europe markets.
