Advertisements

ZTE today entered the Gingerbread party with its new smartphone Skate. Announced at Mobile World Congress, Skate features a 4.3-inch touch screen, 800MHz processor and 5-megapixel camera and Adreno 200 GPU.

ZTE Skate is mid-level Android smartphone on the lines of company’s much successful Blade, which launched in plethora of countries under different names.

Skate is expected to be launched globally beginning May 2011. So, get ready for your telecom operator to rebrand it and sell it in your country or maybe Dell will do so as they did with Blade in India.

These companies like ZTE and Huawei doing propaganda. If they want they can bring good quality phones at most affordabale price but they won’t instead they will sell it to brands like DELL and other who will re-brand it and sell it it a double the price….If ZTE or Huawei could lanch their phones then it will create a bigger market and up the competition.
