Sony Ericsson launches Multimedia Dock for Xperia play

Sony Ericsson has introduced a Multimedia Dock DK300 along with the release of the Xperia Play. The dock will offer charging, line out to a home stereo system and smart application trigger, which will automatically transform the phone into an alarm clock.

“The DK300 extends the functionality of the Xperia Play, helping the handset to fit into your life, whether that’s as an attractive clock radio in the bedroom, a showpiece in the living room as a digital photo frame, a central part of your home audio system or keeping it charged so it’s ready to play whenever you are,” said Mette Schultz, Product Marketing Manager, Sony Ericsson Extras.
