Motorola have already shown its Android 3.0 tablet Xoom at CES. The tablet is due sometime this quarter, most probably, the day Google goes live with Honeycomb, Xoom will arrive in the market.

Motorola seems to be quite optimistic about Xoom sales. According to a report in Digitimes, company is expecting to ship over 700,000/800,000 tablet in the first quarter.  It has already placed orders for the same amount with component manufacturers.

The component manufacturers expect the shipments to go over 1 million. If Motorola achieves that number, it surely will be a win situation for the first major product to go live after the split.
