BenQ will launch an Android powered tablet by the end of January. Expected to run on Android 2.2, this unnamed tablet will be sporting 10.1 inch display. The main version of the tablet will have Wi-Fi as a default, while 3G versions will also be made available.
In addition to the 10 inch display tablet, company also plans to release other display size tablets including 7 inch later in the year.
The 10.1 inch version is likely to be showcased at the upcoming Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas.
