Nook Color getting official FroYo update and Android Market

We know there are enough hacks around to make the most out of your Nook Color, but what’s better than getting everything you hoped for – officially.

Yes, that’s right. According to Smartphone Mag, Barnes & Noble is bringing official Android 2.2 update for the e-reader in January 2011. The update will bring a retooled Android Market, Android home screen and pinch to zoom. The device will still give you access to all of your Nook material via the current interface that will be switchable for the user. However, it is bring said that the Android Market on Nook might not have all the apps.
