Advertisements Telstra has launched a new Android smartphone in Australia today. Dubbed as Smart Touch, it is a rebranded ZTE Racer and will be sold for just $99 on pre-paid. Telstra Smart touch features Android 2.1, 2.8-inch resistive touch screen, Wi-Fi, GPS, FM radio and a 3.2-megapixel camera.
