Realme Ace is coming, claims a reliable tipster. There were reports in September this year that Oppo was discontinuing the Ace lineup and its sister company Realme might launch Ace-series like phones. It seems that is all set to become a reality soon. The company is yet to say anything on the matter; however, it did reveal in August that it will have four phone lineups, including a new mystery series. Realme Ace could launch early next year.
Realme Ace specifications (rumoured)
According to an update shared by tipster Digital Chat Station on Weibo, Realme is bringing a phone as a part of the Ace lineup that will use Qualcomm’s upcoming Snapdragon 875 SoC. The chip is expected to be unveiled in December during the company’s Snapdragon Summit. In addition to the Snapdragon 875, the rumoured Realme phone is said to have great colours, material, and finishes (CMF), and a thin body. The phone is also expected to be offer super fast charge support.

No other details about the specifications of the Realme phone are known at this point but alleged sketches of the Realme Ace were floating around on Weibo earlier this month that were reportedly taken from a design patent. These sketches showed a design similar to Oppo Ace lineup with circular camera module on the back and hole-punch display.
Meanwhile, Realme has started rolling out the early access version of Android 11-based Realme UI 2.0 for select Realme 7 Pro users in India. Interested users can register for the early access version on their phones by going to the software update settings; however, there were only 500 spots and the same may have already been filled. The final stable version may roll out this or next week if nothing goes wrong with the early access version rollout.
