Oppo A71 debuts in India, priced at Rs. 12,990

As expected, Chinese smartphone maker Oppo has launched the new A71 smartphone in the Indian market. The phone was originally introduced last week in Pakistan and Malaysia.

According to a press release issued by the company, Oppo A71 is now on sale in the country and carries a price-tag of Rs. 12,990. It is being offered in Gold and Black colour options. You can buy it from e-retailers like Flipkart, Amazon, PayTM or brick and mortar stores.

Oppo A71 is an entry-level smartphone and comes with features like 5.2-inch HD display. It sports a unibody metal design and a glass front.

According to Oppo, it has packed the phone with MediaTek’s octa-core MT6750 processor and 3GB of RAM for good performance. Other specifications include the presence of 13-megapixel rear camera, 5-megapixel front camera and 3000mAh battery.

“With A71 we aim to reach out to a greater and wider set of consumers and offer them a great camera experience. The A71 brings consumers premium photography and advanced features at an affordable price point.” Oppo’s Sky Li said in a statement.
