As we had reported earlier, Micromax-backed Yu Televentures is introducing its much-anticipated second smartphone at a press event in New Delhi today. Set to be dubbed as Yu Yuphoria, the phone will join the company’s already available Yureka smartphone.

Yu will be streaming the launch event, so you can also check out the launch live as it happens in the Indian capital. We have embedded the launch webcast in this report or you can also check it out at this link. The event is expected to begin at 12:30PM.

There is still some time before Yu officially reveals the Yuphoria details, but as per rumours and teasers from the company, the smartphone is expected to a 5-inch smartphone with HD display. It will pack a 64-bit processor (Snapdragon 410 most likely), 2GB of RAM, and 16GB of internal storage. The phone will run on Android 5.0-powered Cyanogen OS 12.

Like the Yureka, Yuphoria will also be exclusive to e-retailer Amazon India. As always, we will bring you all the details as soon as they are announced by the company.
