Priced at INR 51,990, the new 50-inch Mitashi MiDE050v01 LED TV runs on Android 4.4 KitKat, not the new Android TV platform. It is now on sale in the country and can be grabbed for as low as INR 47,990 at e-retailer Infibeam.com.
According to Mitashi, the television sports a full HD display panel and is powered by dual-core processor. It also comes with three HDMI ports, PC input, Wi-Fi support, Ethernet port, and an unknown number of USB ports.
The Mitashi Smart TV packs 512MB of RAM and an internal storage of 4GB. It support USB-OTG, so the consumers can plug-in their keyboard or mouse of easier access. You can read more about the TV at the company website.
The smart TV will be competing with similar Android TVs from Toshiba, vu and Micromax in the country. To remind you, this is not the first Android TV from Mitashi in the country, the company already retails a 40-inch Smart TV at INR 36,990.
